Youth Summer Programs

The Kids Community will offer after care for Patton Park Summer Camp, and week-long enrichment programs!

After Camp Program:

Children will be picked up by TKC staff at Patton Park Summer Camp program and walked back to The Community House to continue the summer fun! Daily activities including crafts, water play, park trips, and more.

For children entering K-5
Program times: 3:30 – 5:30pm

Enrichment Programs:

Week long programs include two to three hours of enriching curriculum and activities, and a structured day of summer fun. Summer activities will include trips to local playgrounds, water play, arts and crafts, and swimming at Patton Park pool.

For children entering K-5
Program times: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Stage 284 summer programs offer training in voice, dance, and acting and gives your performer a glimpse into the professional world of theater.

Summer Stars:

The Summer Stars program is designed to introduce young performers to the world of the stage through song, dance, and creative movement. Students will learn theater terminology, participate in performance and technical theater workshops, and bring these skills to the stage! Each workshop explores a different musical theater title. We invite you to a 30-minute sharing session at the end of the week.

Annie: June 27 – July 1
Finding Nemo: August 1-5

Youth Company Intensive – Mary Poppins:

During the fun-filled 3 weeks, students will participate in intensive acting, voice, dance, technical theater workshops and master classes as well as a full rehearsal process. Your performer will have a full production experience as well as audition and resume preparation, including repertoire selection, headshot tips and tricks, and an introduction to the business of theater.

Program Times: 9am – 4pm
Before Care: 8:30 – 9am
After Care: 4 – 5:30pm
