Administrative Positions:

Director of Development

The Director of Development (DOD) reports to the Executive Director, serves as a senior leadership member of the TCH administrative team. The DOD strengthens the overall fundraising position of TCH through a comprehensive development and communications program focused on impact, growth, and stewardship. The DOD fosters a strong culture of philanthropy through a stewardship program in which new and existing relationships with donors are a top priority. Full-time, $75K – $90K per year.

Stage 284:

Managing Director

The Managing Director of Stage 284 (MD) serves as a member of the TCH administrative team and is the program’s primary leader and point of contact for all program participants and their families. The MD is responsible for facilitating the operations of Stage 284, along with providing leadership and management of S284 program staff and volunteers. The Managing Director collaborates with the Artistic Director to help drive the vision of the program.
