Administrative Positions:

Property Manager

Our building and its grounds are the vehicle through which we deliver quality arts and enrichment opportunities for our community and the greater North Shore.  It is critical that the property is always safe, well maintained, clean, and functioning smoothly.  The Property Manager is a key team member responsible for delivering these results through daily property checks and maintenance, performing routine & annual maintenance, and coordinating contractors. Part-time, 20 hours per week.

Director of Development

The Director of Development (DOD) reports to the Executive Director, serves as a senior leadership member of the TCH administrative team. The DOD strengthens the overall fundraising position of TCH through a comprehensive development and communications program focused on impact, growth, and stewardship. The DOD fosters a strong culture of philanthropy through a stewardship program in which new and existing relationships with donors are a top priority. 30-40 hours per week.

The Community House has internship opportunities available for college students looking to gain real world work experience while making a positive impact. Internship commitments are for college credit, typically 120 total hours.
