a social distanced 2-mile challenge
starting Sunday, April 25
Join us for this fun 2-mile challenge supporting the Greatest Need Fund at The Community House!
Registration includes a race packet (1 for individual supporter, 2 for household supporters): 1 race bib, 1 water bottle from Jen Graham PT, 1 pen from Lisa J. Murray D.M.D., 1 pair Craft Sports performance socks, 1 hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes from Salem Five, class coupon for Tread Tabata, class coupon for FIT Ritual.
HOW TO ROCK THE BLOCK, 7 EASY STEPS:
Below you will find a suggested donation of $50, as well as other giving options.
#2 Pick up your race packet
Pick up race packets at The Community House portico on Tuesdays 10 am -12 pm and Fridays 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm. If you cannot make these times, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
#3 Choose your date
Choose any day between April 25 and May 16.
#4 Choose your course
On the road, in the park, on the trail, or even on your treadmill!
#5 Choose your pace
Run, walk, bike, hop, canter, skip or jump. What matters is that you are outside being active in support of The Community House.
#6 Challenge friends, family, and neighbors to participate!
Email, text, and post on social media challenging your friends and family (near and far) to participate. Since this is a virtual challenge, participants can join us from around the globe!
#7 Share your training and “race” day on social!
Hashtag yourself and any family members with #HWRocktheBlock and let’s motivate everyone in our community to get outside, be active, social distance and support The Community House.
