TaeKwonDo is a Korean martial art that focuses on kicking, punching and blocking. Although it is a physical sport, it contains a high level of mindfulness as well…” Strong body, Strong mind.” These classes will help you become the best versions of yourselves both physically and mentally. Physically, you will learn self-defense skills and gain strength, flexibility, and endurance. Mentally, you will gain respect, discipline, self-esteem, patience and self-control. Life is better when we are building each other up to reach our highest potential, so let’s do this together… one kick at a time.
Fee: $275 advance payment or $100 per month ($300 total). This fee includes all classes listed below, students may attend all or a combination of them. A prorated fee will be available for students who join during a given session.
