The Community House of Hamilton and Wenham serves the educational, cultural and social needs of the North Shore community of Massachusetts. For over ninety years, individuals have participated in our programs, attended our concerts and performances, and have had experiences which have enriched their lives and made lasting memories. To ensure that future generations continue to benefit from our programs and services, we invite you to consider making a contribution to our organization in any of the following ways:
Annual Fund – Annual Fund contributions provide vital support to our operating budget allowing us to carry out our mission. These gifts directly impact our on-going programs, annual events, and the daily operations of The Community House. We accept gifts of cash, stock or shares in support of this campaign.
Matching Gifts – Did you know that many companies offer matching-gift programs for charitable gifts made by their employees? Check with your employer’s Human Resources Department to see if your gift can be matched and have a deeper impact on The Community House.
Tribute Gift – Do you have a friend or loved one for whom it is difficult to find the perfect gift? A tribute gift can be one of the most meaningful gifts one could receive for a birthday or special occasion. When you make a tribute gift to The Community House, we will send a note of acknowledgement to your loved one recognizing the gift you have made in their honor.
A simple way to make a planned gift is by making a charitable bequest, naming The Community House as beneficiary in your will or estate plan. Making a gift through your estate gives you the opportunity to leave a specific dollar amount or a percentage of your estate. You can also designate The Community House as a beneficiary for life insurance policies, stock, IRA, 401(k), 403(b), real estate, or personal property. You may also make a planned gift with cash or securities.
Please allow us to recognize and celebrate your support by letting us know you have included or will be including The Community House in your estate plans.
